When you apply for a role by email we receive the resume and any other information you choose to send.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful, and where analytics tools set cookies we ask for consent where the law requires it.

This site sets one strictly necessary cookie, rpa_consent, which remembers the choice you make in the cookie banner for 180 days.

With your permission we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not set cookies and does not track you across sites. It stays off until you allow it, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

We use applicant information only to assess candidates for open and future roles.

We use technical data to keep the site secure, fix problems, and understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host this site, deliver email, or manage our records, under contracts that limit their use of it, or when the law requires us to.

We keep enquiry and applicant records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, then delete them. We protect information with access controls and encryption in transit.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to us through the contact page. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires.
